Print out these instructions as a reference.

Your computer is required to have microsoft excel installed on it in order to complete the entry process.

Download the entry form from the below download link. (the ms excel file called: entries)

Save the excel file to your computer's desktop.

Open the downloaded file in excel, by clicking on it or by opening excel and opening it from your computer's desktop.

Complete your entries and include your seed times and distances for field events

Save the completed form to your computer's desktop.

Attach the completed excel file to an email.

Address the email to: gkrainik@comcast.net

In the subject of the email type it with your school and the meet.

Example: Subject Oak Forest SICA Central

I will send you a confirmation email reply when I have your completed form.
